Dear Sirs,
Please provide the following information or if you do not have any of the documentation requested, please confirm:
1. Data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR between the Assessor and the SAA for processing of data on the portal of proposals and self-catering declaration data etc.
2. Please include any list of authorised sub-processors (IT hosting, database providers) approved by the Assessor for use by the SAA.
3. Any joint controller arrangements under Article 26 GDPR, Data Protection Impact Statements (DPIA’s) or data sharing or service level agreements between the Assessor and the SAA regarding the SAA Portal.
4. The Article 30(2) GDPR Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) covering data processed on the SAA Portal on behalf of the Assessor.
5. Any privacy policies under Article 13 GDPR or or other data protection policies relating to the use of the SAA portal for processing of proposal or self-catering declaration data or public display processing of the Assessor’s data.
6. Any communications between the SAA and the Assessor regarding data protection matters or policy revisions arising from the move to use of the SAA portal for processing of self-catering unit audit data and proposals.
7. Any updated Data Protection Policy regarding the SAA Portal as the current version available on the SAA website is dated 2019 and does not reflect the changes and data protection implications made to processing of personal data on the Portal.
