This is a request for review of the following FOI requests that were submitted on the 20 January 2026. The target date for response to those requests was 17 February 2026 and thus far, no response has been received in relation to either request.
1. Authorisation & instruction process information for external legal services, Anderson Strathern in INV-SM11-25.
2. Service Level Agreements & Related Documentation for Legal Services provided by The Highland Council.
The new target date for a response to my request for review is 18 March 2026. If no response is received by that date, an application for a decision will be lodged at the Scottish Information Commissioner.

4. Conflict of interest policies of your legal services provider (Highland Council) both Council-wide and specifically for legal services.
5. All external legal services framework documentation.
6. Instruction and retainer templates for legal services.
